1.Molding
Molding,the most common method in production process.The production process is mainly finished with mould,and the mould’s
shape determines product’s shape.The solid silicone raw material mixed curing agent filling in mold with high temperature,after
sulfur solidification molding in several minutes,is made to different shapes as it designed.It is relatively simple for silicone products
whose hardness between 30-70 ° C and it suit for all silicone products.
2.Injection
This process meets with some higher quality requirements, which is a combination of liquid silicone and plastic.
Its products are good at heat stability, cold resistance, good electrical insulating properties, no toxic substances when burns, etc,
that is why it become irreplaceable in health supplies,car, baby supplies, medical supplies, diving supplies, kitchen utensils,andseals industry.
3.Extrusion
Extrusion molding, extrusion silicone products usually are usually made by extrusion machine’s extrusion of silicone material.
The final extrusion silicone is strip or tube shape commonly,which can be arbitrary cutting.The silicone tube has been widely used in medical, machinery and equipment field,which also Can also be used for packaging.
4.Rolling
Silicone rubber mixed with silica, silicone oil can be rolled to be sheet.Silicone film made by rolling, the physical and mechanical
properties of the longitudinal and transverse have obvious differences, and the phenomenon called rolling effect.The longitudinal
tensile strength is greater than the lateral, film horizontal elongation at failure is greater than the vertical, longitudinal shrinkage rate is greater than the lateral film.
Rolling effect is larger in the rubber and compound directional results in the process of rolling along the rolling direction.The size of the rolling effect, and the composition of rubber, rolling temperature, speed, speed ratio and so on.
It always used for larger products, such as silicone sheet ,silicone plate.
5.perfusion
Filling mould is used to produce smooth or simple products,without parting line which save time comparing other methods.It work like this:Wrapped the product or model you want to copy with plastic board or glass plate,put the vacuum silicone directly onto
the products, take out the products after silicone get dry, then,the mould is formed.(note: perfusion generally adopts soft silicone in order to take off mold easily, no damage to the inside of the silicone mold product) It is a combination of solid and liquid silicone, which mostly used for mobile phone sets, luggage sets, etc.
6.coating.
The advantage is rapid sulfide,Strong adhesion,good liquidity, easy deaeration,non-toxic, no smell,excellent thermal stability and cold tolerance (temperature 60 ℃ ~ 200 ℃).It has good air permeability, good heat resistance and tensile strength after forming.
Meanwhile,it is non-slip,healthy,soft,firmly adhesive,high tear strength,high transparency,good tensile properties.It also is wear-resisting, washable, high temperature resistant;Moreover,it is soft, good elasticity, resistance to washing and dry cleaning,anti-aging.So it always used for silicone glove, rain shoes, etc.
